Our Sunday Brunch happens every other month — each edition inspired by a new theme, flavour, or celebration. Every brunch transforms Olivia into a stage for indulgence, where flavours, music, and joy are shared around the table.
Olivia’s signature Sunday Brunch returns. This time, dressed for the holidays.
For one merry afternoon, our tables come alive with the warmth of the season, Spanish flair, and that unmistakable Olivia energy.
Feast on an indulgent spread of Beef Wellington, Ibérico Pork Loin, and Roasted Lamb Rack, carved before your eyes at our live stations. At the table, enjoy the comforting classics, from Herb Salmon Tartare to golden Cod Fritters, served alongside freshly baked focaccia and croissants.
And no Christmas feast is complete without a sweet ending: Mantecados, Turrón de Yema, Strawberry Marshmallows, and Cherry Pistachio Meringues await at the dessert table.
All paired with free-flow drinks, and live beats by our resident DJ.
