Our Sunday Brunch happens every other month — each edition inspired by a new theme, flavour, or celebration. Every brunch transforms Olivia into a stage for indulgence, where flavours, music, and joy are shared around the table.
Back by popular demand, our signature brunch makes its fiery return this November.
For one afternoon only, Olivia transforms into a stage for live-fire showmanship. Expect oysters freshly shucked, Angus striploin carved before your eyes, and mussels flambéed to perfection. At the table, feast on Ibérico Bellota ham, baked seabream with chorizo marinara, and our signature scampi rice — all paired with good cava, great company, and that unmistakable Olivia energy.
And yes — the caviar bumps are back.
