For one Sunday only, Sobremesa at The Olivia Table celebrates the flavours and traditions of Spain with a special brunch created for Eat Spain Drink Spain.
Journey through Spain with a multi-course menu inspired by regional traditions, iconic ingredients and the dishes we love — from Barcelona to Galicia, Segovia and beyond. All brought together with Olivia’s contemporary approach to Spanish cooking.

What’s on the Table
Begin with a playful Martini Omelette with Caviar, inspired by Ferran Adrià’s deconstructed Tortilla de Patatas, followed by Spanish favourites including Jamón Ibérico de Bellota, Pan con Tomate, Squid Ink Bomba and Octopus Carpaccio.
From the sea, enjoy Bouchot Mussels and Argentinian Prawn Rice, before moving into richer flavours with Angus Beef Cheek and ‘Ibérico’ Suckling Pig, inspired by Segovia’s traditional Cochinillo Asado.
To finish, a selection of Spanish and French cheeses, followed by Olivia’s Signature Cheesecake and Spanish Torrija with Ice Cream.
